Bybit Fly Home accepts feedback through the on-site comment area. Please state the article or page you are referring to, and choose one of the categories below so the message can be routed to the right review queue. We do not publish a direct email address for general contact.
Feedback categories
- Corrections: factual errors, outdated figures, confusing instructions, broken references, or unclear product notes.
- Tips and observations: Bybit-related market notes, exchange feature changes, beginner guide gaps, or useful source leads.
- Copyright and rights issues: claims about text, images, screenshots, logos, licensing, takedown requests, or impersonation concerns.
- Site feedback: navigation, article structure, translation, readability, or accessibility.
- Safety reports: suspected scams, misleading profit claims, or messages that misuse the site name.
Response times and priority
Corrections and copyright or rights reports are reviewed first, usually within 2 business days if enough context is provided. Tips and general feedback are reviewed in batches, usually within 5 to 7 business days. Some messages may not receive an individual reply when they duplicate an existing report, lack context, or require private account information we cannot handle.
What we cannot help with
We cannot check individual trading accounts, orders, deposits, withdrawals, KYC status, API settings, or platform downtime. Do not share private keys, seed phrases, passwords, API secrets, full identity documents, or payment details in comments. For account or trading issues, use the support process of the exchange you are using.
Language note
English is the primary language for review. Japanese comments are accepted, but processing may take longer if English context is missing.
